Our trainers have years of experience in numerous disciplines with certifications in everything from USAW Olympic WeightLifting to Sports and Conditioning. We offer CrossFit, HIIT, Olympic Lifting and On-Ramp Classes.
CrossFit Kids is a strength and conditioning program specifically designed for kids to help them develop a lifelong love of fitness. Amanda Petroccione, Head CrossFit Kids Coach, will develop workouts that are constantly varied to keep it broad, inclusive and scalable for any participant, at any level.
