Chosen Athletics New Year Bundle

Not only is it a new year, it’s a new decade There has never been a better time to jump start your fitness goals. There is so much evidence that functional fitness is the key to overall improved physical health. Not only do we teach you how to move safely and properly, we are also a major resource for nutrition, which is the other half of the equation.

Planning is under way for the the 2020 Catalyst Games on August 8, 2020 – we are very excited about hosting the #biggestbaddestcrossfitcompetition in Upstate New York!

We have locked down Pinnacle Athletic Campus for our location, which an excellent venue. It has awesome viewing for spectators, an in house bar/restaurant and plenty of room to mingle and check out all the amazing vendors.

We expect to see a lot of fun and a lot of fierce competition on August 8, 2020 for the 9th Annual Catalyst Games.

CrossFit

Our trainers have years of experience in numerous disciplines with certifications in everything from USAW Olympic WeightLifting to Sports and Conditioning. We offer CrossFit, HIIT, Olympic Lifting and On-Ramp Classes.

CrossFit Kids/Teens

CrossFit Kids is a strength and conditioning program specifically designed for kids to help them develop a lifelong love of fitness. Amanda Petroccione, Head CrossFit Kids Coach, will develop workouts that are constantly varied to keep it broad, inclusive and scalable for any participant, at any level.

Personal Training

CrossFit is designed in such a way that literally anyone can do it. All movements have scaled or modified versions allowing each individual athlete to progress at their own rate. Contact us today to setup an appointment to build a personalized fitness experience made for you!

Drop-In

Are you traveling and want to find a great local CrossFit community to take a class, or want to try out a new fitness community? Sign up for a Drop-In Class to come in and choose any class you’d like!
