We will take you through a series of five, hour long, one-on-one sessions, where we will teach you everything you need to know to succeed. We will cover: the essentials of proper movement; fundamental exercises such as air squats, push ups, and sit ups; more dynamic exercises like box jumps and kettlebell swings; and the basics of the barbell movements, including front squats, deadlifts, and cleans. We will help put you on the road to reaching your personal goals safely and effectively, giving you the tools to make yourself the human you want to be.
Introduction and Assessment
Starting with a one hour, one-on-one session to assess your abilities, strengths, and weaknesses, to get to know you and approve your entry into regular classes. The coach may recommend enrollment into the standard introductory course if needed. You must be approved before starting regular classes.
