CrossFit Kids is a strength and conditioning program specifically designed for kids to help them develop a lifelong love of fitness. Amanda Petroccione, Head CrossFit Kids Coach, will develop workouts that are constantly varied to keep it broad, inclusive and scalable for any participant, at any level.
Classes are 50 minutes in duration and run September – June. Kids may choose one of two twice-weekly programs or an unlimited membership allowing attendance for any of the classes.
