Olympic Lifting

Olympic Lifting Class is a barbell specific class that focuses on the major Olympic weightlifting movements.  Each lift will be broken down into its fundamental pieces to gain proficiency in each movement. A specific program will be put together to increase strength across all lifts. This class is designed to compliment CrossFit classes, but anyone looking to become more proficient at movements like clean and jerk, and snatch – this is for you.
