CrossFit is designed in such a way that literally anyone can do it. All movements have scaled or modified versions allowing each individual athlete to progress at their own rate. With that said, to attend classes and do so safely, it’s important that each member has a basic and fundamental understanding of the core movements incorporated into CrossFit Classes. The OnRamp program is a 2 week session of 6 total classes. While the classes are focused on teaching the movements, we guarantee you’ll still get a great workout in while you’re learning.
