TEENS CROSSFIT

CrossFit Teens (ages 11-17) is a strength and conditioning program specifically designed for teens to help them develop proper functional movement patterns and promote a lifelong love of fitness. Experienced coaches will develop workouts that are constantly varied to keep it broad, inclusive and scalable for any participant, at any level.

Classes are 1 hour in duration. Children may choose from one of the following membership options:

  • Twice Weekly
    • Tuesday and Thursday
    • 6:30 – 7:30PM
  • Three times per Week
    • Monday, Wednesday and Friday
    • 3:00 – 4:00
