This introductory program brings together a small group of people with certified trainers. 

CrossFit is designed in such a way that literally anyone can do it. All movements have scaled or modified versions allowing each individual athlete to progress at their own rate. With that said, to attend classes and do so safely, it’s important that each member has a basic and fundamental understanding of the core movements incorporated into CrossFit Classes. The OnRamp program is a 2 week session of 6 total classes. While the classes are focused on teaching the movements, we guarantee you’ll still get a great workout in while you’re learning.Here, you will be taken through an in-depth teaching of all the foundation movements. We explain theory, process and application and give you the opportunity to set a benchmark for your future training with us. Each class finishes with a CrossFit WOD (workout of the day) which will teach you how to find an appropriate level of scaling while building a solid understanding of what its like to be a member of CrossFit Chosen.

Group On Ramps meet Monday, Wednesday and Friday unless otherwise noted

(6 Intro classes in first 2 weeks, followed by unlimited group classes in final two weeks!)
