Nick Bossert has been a competitive athlete for as long as he can remember. He was a three letter athlete throughout high school, playing football, basketball and baseball and spent countless hours in the weight room. He continued playing football and lifting at the collegiate level while studying Criminal Justice at Utica College. After college, Nick had the opportunity to move to Hawaii. While living on the island for eight years, his desire for competition and a healthy lifestyle lead him to the state sport of outrigger canoe paddling. Nick helped his team win a state championship and later a world championship. His canoe was the first in their division to cross the Molokai channel and finish the grueling 42 mile race across the open ocean. After moving back to NY in 2012, Nick struggled to find a fitness regiment that he enjoyed enough to stick with. His friends lead him to CrossFit where his passion for competition and a healthy lifestyle was reborn. Nick loves to compete and help others lead a healthy lifestyle through CrossFit.
